Please note some payment records have not been included in our published information for security reasons, either because we have excluded the payment records to protect organisations, communities and students who are based in high risk regions or countries, or the recipient organisation itself has decided not to publish the payment records.

Where we have made the decision rather than the organisation itself, the payment records have been excluded instead of anonymised to make sure the transactions can not be identified from other publishers' data. In this case, the criteria we use to identify the payments to exclude will be reviewed on a monthly basis to make sure it remains relevant i.e. we will consider any contextual changes.
