Enhancing Protection and HLP Rights in Afghanistan

The project aims to strengthen the protection and Housing, Land, and Property (HLP) rights of vulnerable populations, including returnees and internally displaced persons in Kabul and Khost provinces. HRRAC will provide cash-based assistance, support the acquisition of essential civil documentation such as Tazkiras, and conduct targeted training sessions on HLP rights. Through this initiative, HRRAC seeks to empower affected communities, mitigate protection risks, and promote sustainable reintegration and resilience.
