Kids Operating Room is a global charity dedicated to ensuring children everywhere have access to safe, timely surgery. Our model is built on locally led development, focusing on training local professionals in low- and middle-income countries and providing them with cutting-edge facilities in which to work. Since 2018, in partnership with local communities, we have established 124 state-of-the-art paediatric operating rooms and trained 66 surgeons across 37 countries. This approach ensures ethical, sustainable healthcare that creates a lasting impact and has already provided transformative surgery to hundreds of thousands of children.
