Direct dealing with LGBTIQ, due to policy, laws and regulations it is hard for the APN to directly work with the mentioned group,

It is not the policy of the APN rather the national policies llike the Criminal Code that prohibits promotion of LGBTIQ.

Data that will not be published are those related to LGBTIQ and those instigating political violence.
