Organisations / agencies covered
This account currently covers Resourcing Refugee Leadership Initiative (RRLI) and its confirmed implementing partners: Ettijahat and Makani. Additional partners will be added as they are confirmed.
Timeliness of Data
Data will be published on a bi-annual basis and will reflect information that is current within the past 1 to 3 months. Financial and activity data will be updated in line with donor reporting timelines and internal verification processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Frequency of publication
Six Monthly
Frequency of publication (extra comments)
RRLI will publish data on a bi-annual basis, in line with our grant disbursement cycles and to align with the donor’s annual reporting requirements. This frequency ensures consistency with internal financial processes and provides donors with accurate, verified data that reflects project implementation and expenditure over each half-year period.
Units of Aid
This program defines units of aid as (1) direct funding provided to refugee-led organizations, (2) capacity strengthening interventions including training and technical support, and (3) activities supporting meaningful participation in policy and funding spaces.
Segmentation of Published Data
Data will be segmented by implementing partner and activity. This will allow clear attribution of funds and activities across RRLI’s three core strategies: Direct Funding, Capacity Strengthening, and Meaningful Participation.
Data Definitions and References
Data definitions are aligned with RRLI’s internal MEL framework and reporting guidelines. Financial data reflects disbursements and expenditures as reported by implementing partners and verified through internal review processes. Activity classifications follow RRLI’s three strategic pillars: Direct Funding, Capacity Strengthening, and Meaningful Participation. References include partner reports, financial statements, and MEL tools used for data collection and analysis.
Field Exclusions
At this stage, RRLI is excluding the publication of results data and geolocation fields. This is due to the current phase of project implementation and the ongoing development of the MEL framework. These fields will be added in future updates as data becomes available and validated. All other required fields are being published in line with IATI standards.
Record Exclusions
At this stage, only records for confirmed implementing partners (Ettijahat and Makani) are being published. Additional partner activities will be included in future updates as grant agreements are finalized and data becomes available.
Thresholds
RRLI does not apply financial or activity-level thresholds for exclusion. All relevant data for confirmed grants and activities, regardless of value, is included in the publication to ensure transparency and alignment with donor expectations.
Other Constraints
At this stage, there are no legal or policy-based constraints affecting RRLI’s ability to publish data. However, as a growing initiative, some limitations may arise due to internal capacity or evolving data systems. We are committed to continuous improvement and will address any constraints proactively.
Data Quality
All published data is drawn from RRLI’s internal financial and programmatic records, verified through internal review processes before publication. Data is reviewed for consistency, accuracy, and alignment with donor reporting requirements. As RRLI strengthens its MEL systems and partner reporting frameworks, data quality assurance processes will continue to evolve.
User Interface
RRLI does not currently have a dedicated user interface for IATI data. At this stage, all published information will be accessible through the IATI Registry and third-party platforms such as d-portal.org.
