Description

The Corporate Governance Center is an independent expertise platform, the mission of which is to promote the international best practices and principles of corporate governance and progress of the culture of integrity as a guarantee for the viability and competitiveness of the Armenian business landscape. The Center follows the pillars of good corporate governance, which are fairness, responsibility, transparency and accountability. The objectives of the Center are: 1. creation of prerequisites necessary for the formation of efficient corporate governance practices in the private sector; 2. development of professionals in the field of corporate governance; 3. initiation and active participation in legal reforms and enforcement practices regulating corporate governance relationships; 4. raising public awareness in the matters of corporate governance issues and modern trends; 5. realization of research activities; 6. promotion of local and international cooperation.
