The Centre for Rights, Education and Awareness (CREAW) is a national, feminist women’s rights Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). Established in 1999, CREAW vision is a just society where women and girls enjoy full rights and live in dignity. The mission of CREAW is to champion, expand and actualize women and girl’s rights and social justice. CREAW uses bold, innovative and holistic interventions for the realization of women’s rights. As a catalyst of change, CREAW supports strategic and innovative initiatives, and collaborates with progressive thinkers, irrespective of gender, age, sexual orientation, race, class, education or affiliations to reach its ideals. CREAW believes that deeply sustainable transformation in the gender power structures is needed working and provides consultancies on four thematic pathways of change: (1) Elimination of economic and social-cultural discrimination.
