Recycling Rescue Equipment Worldwide We operate in some of the world’s most impoverished countries, assisting vulnerable communities by enhancing their fire services' capacity to respond to emergencies swiftly, effectively, and safely. Additionally, we collaborate with UK fire services to minimise equipment waste by recycling and sending this essential equipment to those in need. Why? Across the globe, rescue services frequently face disasters without sufficient protective clothing, equipment, or training. Many responders are volunteers, and some are so inadequately equipped that they wear flip-flops and T-shirts whilst responding to emergencies. At the same time, other countries are disposing of decommissioned equipment in landfills or as scrap, despite its remaining usability. We never donate equipment without professional training.
