GiveDirectly aims to transform aid - and millions of lives, by delivering large, unconditional cash transfers to people living in poverty. We support academic research into our programs, and have launched the world's first true universal basic income trial in Kenya. We have reached over 100,000 households since launching in 2011 currently operate in Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda.
