HFHGB will disclose all information required to meet the minimum standards; however a small number of exclusions will apply to these in order not to do harm to Habitat for Humanity’s work, staff and implementing partners. These are based on the key principles of the UK’s Freedom of Information Act and are as follows: Exemption criteria i. International relations: Information that may harm HFH’s relations with other HFH entities and implementing organisation. ii. Security and safety: Information that may pose a risk to the security or safety of any individual, including HFH staff, contractors and beneficiaries. iii. Personal information: Information that intrudes on the privacy of a person or could contravene confidentiality. iv. Commercially sensitive information: Information that does harm to HFH’s or partners or suppliers commercial interests. v.
