Description

Loop is a global platform for people to feedback on humanitarian and development services in their communities. It is a space for conversations to happen that improve lives, and change behaviour at scale. Loop is available on a variety of channels including SMS and Facebook, for free in multiple languages. It increases dialogue between service providers and communities. Organisations can use Loop to supplement existing feedback mechanisms and incorporate additional data. Loop enables safe complaints and reporting of abuse.
