Shortlist Professionals Limited is an employability and talent matching platform. We have partnered with the Carbon Trust to implement the Off-Grid Talent Initiative, a project under Transforming Energy Access's Skills and Expertise work component. OGTI includes a graduate placement activity as well as a mid-management training activity, implemented by our partner African Management Institute (AMI).
